To Prepare

Separate Du-kon noodles into a bowl of ice cold water by pressing lightly between fingers.Let stand for 15 minutes. Drain and Serve.

To Serve

Du-kon noodles are ready to serve as fresh salad. Add your favorite dressing and enjoy! Excellent in Stir-fry, Soup or Stew!

Du-Kon is high in:

Iron, Calcium, Potassium, Dietary Fiber and contains Proteolytic Enzymes which help digestion and breakdown protein found in red meats.
